Most things arent refundable as we are only selling household items however check the individual items description re returns etc however please read this- Returns/Refunds on Jewellery Customer Service is important to me therefore I have a no quibble refund/return policy (Earrings are non returnable due to EU hygiene regulations) Please notify me within 3 days advising the reason for return. Goods must be received back in the exact condition as received with packaging; otherwise I will not refund the monies. Shipping costs are non refundable when sending the returned item back. Returning the item via a traceable Royal Mail option is recommended, it must also be in a bubble wrap bag for protection like as sent out in.
