I got scammed. I ordered this item from this seller in white but received a silver one. The white one is more expensive than the silver one, and I had to pay for someone to install it. It got installed before I could have a chance to look at the item, so little did I know I got sent the wrong one until I saw it up. So here I am paying for a mistake that isn’t mine. I am very disappointed in the service and lack of attention when it comes to dispatching products.

Our sincere apologies, this was our mistake. We sent out the Blinds with Silver frames instead of the white frames as per our customers order. We are currently away for Christmas and our shop is on holiday settings for the Christmas period, hence the delay in replying. We will send out a free returns label on our return and send out the correct blinds as per order. Sorry for the Genuine and Honest mistake.
