Available options are specified in each Auction. For Auctions or non-instant payment purchases a reminder invoice will be sent up to 3 days after end of auction. If payment has not been made after 3 days and there has been no contact to indicate a reason for delay then please note I reserve the right to cancel purchase and re-list item/s when appropriate.

Shipping prices as stated in each auction cover the cost of postage for the services described and all packaging (boxes, tubes, labelling, etc) and labour involved outside of Postage service (time for packaging, and time & expenses for transport to Post Offices for example).

Returns (Applies to non-commission items only) 1. For 'Buy It Now' items intention to cancel purchase and return is to be made within 7 working days of receipt of item. P&P costs are not refundable for cancellations. 2. Item is to be returned unopened, undamaged and unused in an way. 3. Once return request is made you have 15 days to return from the date it was received. If the item remains in your possession at 15 days I have to consider it used and a refund will not be issued. 4. Items must be returned in original packaging and should be posted with a service providing a tracking number. 5.Refund will be processed upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging, complete with all components and accessories as originally included. When appropriate item serial numbers and security marks will need to be confirmed. 4. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.
