We started selling primarily on Ebay with a focus on selling new & redundant I.T equipment to the Ebay community on behalf of companies and individuals who wanted an alternative avenue in which to sell their I.T equipment. Kelsus I.T Solutions Limited has no affiliation with the companies and individuals who use our listing service. In short Kelsus I.T Solutions Limited provides a listing service in return for a listing fee and a commission based percentage of the final purchase price. Kelsus I.T Solutions Limited also ensures that all items listed are of an expected standard in addition to ensuring clarity is employed in all cases so that all potential buyers know what they are paying for. We understand the importance of providing a high level of customer service and always strive to ensure all customers go away with the feeling that their experience was a pleasant one, in the hope that you will return for future transactions. Kelsus I.T Solutions Limited accepts the following forms of payment: Cash on Collection and PayPal. Postal Orders and Cheques are NOT accepted. Payment in respect of any item you have purchased must be received within 48 hours of item purchase date. If payment is not received within 48 hours then you will forfeit your right to the item and will be reported to Ebay.

Shipping for all circumstances is limited to mainland United Kingdom addresses only and will generally be dispatched within 7 working days from date of cleared payment. In all cases we will do our best to get your item to you as quickly as possible (within 4 working days). The post and packing costs listed are what have been deemed as reasonable. The specified cost is to ensure that there are adequate funds in place to pack and post your item to the required standard. All postage and packing costs are inclusive of insurance unless stated otherwise. IMPORTANT: Collection of items listed as collection only are restricted to Sundays between 11am and 1pm there is very little flexibility with these times. All our items are stored in a secure facility so if you arrive outside the stated times you will not be able to collect your item. Where an item is listed as collection only, full details including collection address will be sent to the buyer at the end of auction.

Where applicable, you have seven (7) business days from receipt of your item to verify that it works as it should. Please contact us with any issues so we can troubleshoot the problem and determine whether a return is necessary. All items must be in their original packaging, with no missing items. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returned items that have suffered physical damage while being shipped back are not eligible for a refund. Compatibility of any product is the purchaser's responsibility. Power Supplies are NOT supplied with any of our items unless stated otherwise. IMPORTANT: Defective is defined as physically broken or non-functioning, not that it did not work for your application or that additional parts or software are required to use the item. If the title or description of any listing includes the phrases/words parts, fix, repair, not tested, untested, at own risk, then returns policy DOES NOT APPLY.
