postage and packaging are free of charge for cheap items well i get fair sometimes but heavy items, valuable items, one only sale item(non-replaceable) will contain a small charge for insurance purposes so if someone says that they haven't received their items even though i have already posted the item (had this issue in the past) so that the item can be tracked down no problems and they are all delivered in first class post or second class depending how busy i am!

for packed items no return and for unpacked item i take returns it depends on the items i am listing.
