Kendig Cottage started as an internet website store and then branched out into the ebay market. Our Kendig Cottage ebay store has been up and running on ebay for over 2 years now and serves a large segment of the fiber hobby world. We have one of the largest and most diverse selection of hand spindles anywhere, and offer unique fibers for spinners, as well as knitting and crochet yarns and books. We try to offer everything that a fiber fanatic would want or need.

We prefer paypal but do accept money orders in US funds too. All purchases must be paid for within 7 days of order.

We ship usually within 2 business days using USPS Priority mail which is 2-3 day delivery. We ship worldwide using USPS Global Priority Mail which usually has about a week or less delivery time, though that will vary according to area of delivery.

We accept returns in original packaging in an unused and saleable condition for store merchandise credit. If we've made a mistake, we will be responsible for postage of the correct item back to you and will pay your postage of the return item back to us. If you are just returning an item for color or choice, postage back to us and return postage of new item are your responsibility. Returns must be made within 7 days with an email letting us know to expect the package.

Email is always the best way to contact us. My primary job has very strange hours but I do carry my laptop at all times and will get back to you within 24 hours if you've emailed me on the ebay system or using my vicki at kendigcottage dot com address.
