What everyone should know about me
We recently opened an Ebay store and decided to start donating a portion of the sale to charities. Mainly towards Autism Disorder Society. We have 3 boy's and 2 have been diagnosed as Autistic and feel it is important to help other families.

Selling on Ebay for over 5 years. Recently opened an Ebay store and donating to charities on some of the auctions.

Payment policy
I prefer Paypal but will take money orders or checks. Checks are held for 10 days before the item is mailed to make sure the checks clear unless you are a repeat buyer i have never had problems with.

Delivery information
I ship the same day or following business day if payment is made after 12PM. I list items will be shipped 1-3 days after Payal or money orders are recieved (but usually items are out within 24 hours) unless there is an emergency and i cant make it to the post office. Items paid by check are mailed 10 days later.

Return policy
If there is an error on one of my listings i ALWAYS refund buyers or make arrangements with them if there is a small part missing and they offer to buy the part then i send them the money for the missing part. We test everything before posting and before mailing. We do offer insurance on 99% of the items we sell but most people dont take the insurance. Some times after declining the insurance items may break during the shipping processand depending on the item we still try to work something out with the buyer even though they declined to pay the $1.35 to have it insured. We encourage insurance on delicate or fragile items but still most people decline it and i guess assume even though we mark everything fragile that is fragile that the post office is going to handle everything perfectly. In most cases they dont.

If there is ever a problem we encourage you to contact us with the problem rather then just leave negative feedback. We do everything we can to make the customer happy. There are some people out there that no matter what you offer to do to resolve the problem you just cant make them happy, just remember, someday you may want to sell if you dont already and feedback is what keeps people coming back to buy from you. I would rather refund your money or resolve a problem then recieve negative feedback. So if there is a problem PLEASE email me first before leaving negative feedback on something that can be easily resolved.
