All koi are healthy and fully quarantined and available to view before purchasing via an appointment only at our facility based in Sidcup. All koi on this EBay shop are available at Sidcup Kent DA15 8EP. We also offer a next day courier service if required or collection in person. Both fish were delivered in a dying condition due to faulty holed container bags that had lost all the oxygen and most of the water both fish died later. Seller was notified and accepted liability due to known problem and has agreed to replace both fish free of charge when his new stock arrives in March / April 2024. This is a Trusted Seller By Me.

Contacted Seller to inform them on holed delivery plastic bags and the loss of all oxygen and virtually all the water that they were delivered in, both fish found dead and decomposed on the surface of my pondsome time later. Seller has accepted responsibility due to his knowledge of faulty container bags and has agreed to replace both fish with his new stock delivery in March /April 2024
