Delivery was 20 days! And when it did show up I had to pay the postage at the post office before they would release it as the seller had underpaid the postage. They initially answered my messages but then just ignored me. After 18 days of it not showing up I messaged for a refund. This was ignored. Beware!

Follow up. In the end this company did issue a refund after the item arrived. They said to keep the item as i'd had to pay for delivery at the post office. So good on them for that. Well recovered.
