Business InformationPayment policy
We accept payments made by paypal (including credit/debit cards and E Cheque), personal cheque, postal order and bankers draft.
If making payment by cheque please note that we only go to the bank once a week on Friday and that cheques take 6 working days to clear. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date cheque is received to receive you item.
Payment from overseas buyers must be made through PAYPAL only. Any other types of payment will be refused.
Communication is the key so if you have any problems with your purchase please let us know straight away and we'll do our best to help, if you don't let us know then I can't help. Please note this does not mean that you can buy items you can't pay for as winning an item is a legally binding agreement between you the buyer and me the seller and any item won must be paid for.
Delivery information
If payment for you item is received and cleared before 12pm Monday - Friday We will post your item the same day for a speedy delivery. Most items are sent by 1st class post(other options available)which should take 1-2 working days for UK buyer's or Airmail small packets(other options available) for Worldwide buyer's which should take between 5-10 working days-Please see listings or ask for more detail of other postal services for UK and worldwide buyer's.
All delivery times are dependent Royal Mail and are beyond my control. We obtain proof of postage for all items sent.
Return policy
We provide a 14 days no quibble returns policy although we don't refund return postage costs unless an item is faulty, which is very rare as all items are checked before they're dispatched.
Items must be returned at the buyers cost unless faulty within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned as sold with all packaging and tags attached if applicable.
If an exchange is required for items that are too big or small etc... any additional postage costs must be paid for by the buyer.
If you do decide to return an item for any reason please contact us with the sale details for a returns number so we can track the return when it arrives with us.
Please note we accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged during the return process so we do recommened you use a Recorded Delivery service to send a return.
All eligible refunds will be sent within 24 hours of receiving the returned item.
