When the watch arrived on 20/7/22 it was not working. Had it checked for a new battery on 21/7/22 and was told told that three new batteries had failed to start the watch. Told that a service was required. I have checked with Raymond Weil and understand that a service will cost at least £143. Should it transpire that the watch is not working and cannot be repaired I reserve my full rights to reject the item as unfit for purpose and misrepresented in your advertisement and demand a refund.
