Since being made redundant in 2003 from an upholstery business,I have been working from my home making Cushions,Curtains & all types of Softfurnishings both locally and through the internet. I offer a personal service which can be tailored to individual needs.

Most postage is via Royalmail,heavy/large orders will be sent via parcelforce. P&P charges include cost of packing '&' postage. All purchases dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of payment. (Allow 7 days for cheques to clear.) Insurance is not included, but available on request at an extra charge. Once goods are posted they are no longer my responsibility. Proof of postage is always obtained

Returns are accepted with 7 days of receipt if a quality fault is found. A refund can only be provided on return of the product in its original state and unused. Postage costs of returned items are payable by the buyer,postal insurance is requested. It is also advised that when paying for your items you pay for postal insurance. Items are then sent using recorded post - UK Only. Items cannot be replaced or refunded without receipt of the faulty goods first. Lost post is not the responsibility of the seller.
