Only really started selling since the start of 2009. I'll never become a Powerseller, but customer service matters to me. My mission statement: I aim to ensure that every item I sell is described clearly. I will not compromise on packing; I will do my best to preserve the item's condition during transit. Should a dispute arise, I will always follow the rules as directed by Ebay and shall remain as courteous with you as you are with me. I want to exceed expectation where possible as I would like you to be delighted with your purchase. The value doesn't matter - it's the experience that counts.

Delivery information
Generally use Royal Mail and ship within 2-3 business days. Sorry, but unless stated on specific items, I no longer make arrangements for local pick-up. Will post world-wide; please review listing for specifics
Return policy
Returns are only accepted within seven days of receipt. Buyer will remain responsible for postage fees. ie, I will only refund the price paid for the item purchased - I will not refund p&p. I will not refund anything at all unless the correct procedure is followed as directed by Ebay's policy guides. ie if you were to leave negative feedback without informing me first of the problem and then demand a refund, I would be less inclined to agree. I'm a firm believer that all issues can be resolved by offering mutual respect and remaining reasonable.
