The amp arrived on time around 4 pm yesterday, magnificently packed. However, upon putting it in my system, I discovered a problem with one of the input level controls (potentiometers) causing a channel imbalance that is not easily correctable. I then notified the seller and reported the problem. This morning I received a full refund. This demonstrates the seller's professional integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would buy from them again and recommend them highly.

EXCEPTIONAL SELLER! It is easy to earn praise when all goes well, but the true test of an excellent seller is how they deal with things when they go wrong. My film was not as described through a tech error, but it was clear this was a most exceptional occurrence given how the seller responded and offering a full refund including postage without forcing me to incur the cost of return international postage. Although my first purchase did not go to plan, I will have no hesitation purchasing again!
