Kingston Cable & Flexibles who opened in 2002 has restructured itself to become the regions largest armoured and flexible cable supplier. It has developed its core product range by supplying some of the largest industries such as the Brewing, Lighting and Manufacturing Industry with a wide and comprehensive range of stock, which includes cables and accessories such as glands, cleats, lugs, joints, cable tags and channels.

We only accept payments via PayPal for both customer & our security.

Orders are normally despatched within 1-3 days of recieving payment. Postage costs for the Royal Mail include the cost of postage and packaging, and are the standard rates for both 1st and 2nd Class postage. Please confirm during the order process which postage option you would prefer. P&P depends on the product most cables are delivered by courier starting at £12.50, depending whereabouts in the country it is being delivered to, the product quantity and weight. Our standard overnight parcel courier MAX WEIGHT is 25KG. Please advise us of your delivery postcode should the item exceed this weight and if you live outside of England / Wales. Scotland and Ireland do have a different tariffs for delivery, so please make sure you contact us with regards to delivery costs. PLEASE NOTE: We only ship to the UK, Wales, Scotland and Ireland. We DO NOT ship Internationally. Our courier costs depend on the weight and if the product has to be sent on a pallet.

Returns are accepted upto 7 days of reciept: DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY: Upon taking delivery of an order should your item be damaged in any way that isn't stated on the ebay listing, contact us within 24 hours from the delivery time and if possible attach some photographic proof of the damages. This is the requirment from our courier in order to raise a claim for the item. FAULTY GOODS: Should you recieve your item and it is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery date and we will arrange a direct exchange like for like. If we can't meet your item like for like a full refund will be issued. FAULTY STATUS: As long as this is a natural fault with the product, which excludes any kind of miss-conduct towards the item. UNWANTED: We will accept unwanted items up to 7 days after auction although the item must still be packed in the packaging we placed it in and unused. RETURN FEE's: Your return fees are covered by us/courier. We will not pay return fees for any unwanted items.

Our eBay shop opening times are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00. Any orders or queries placed during the evenings or weekends will be processed first thing the next working day. Products are usually despatched within 1 to 3 working days of receiving an order. Orders recieved before 3pm during the working week will usually be despatched that day depending on availability of stock. Orders placed after 3pm will normally be despatched the following working day subject to availability.
