Collections can be made 10.30-5pm Mon-Sat from our shop, payment by cash, debit card and credit card accepted. Payment for Ebay orders should be made within the time specified by Ebay to avoid a non paid item dispute which could result in restrictions on your buying power.

Prices quoted are for UK Mainland only despite costs quoted by Ebay on some listings. (This excludes Highlands, Islands (inc IOW) and Northen Ireland AND Europe on all items that are sent by courier.) Our couriers are APC overnight and Interlink for Mainland Uk, and Interlink for other areas, including Europe. Royal Mail prices are for small items are the same for the whole of the UK. Areas outside the mainland UK must request a quote before placing order. If you are not available when delivery is attempted a card will be left for you to arrange a suitable time for redelivery, any items that are returned to us due to customers not making arrangements incur a fee of £8.50 by the courier company, we therefore remind all customers that any item returned by courier will incur an additional £8.50 fee as well as reposting costs. Any royal mail return will require an additional payment for postage. Delays due to national holidays, extreme weather or courier issues are out of our control

Sale of Goods Act does not allow a buyer to return something due to change of mind. Distance Selling Act allows a 7 day cooling off period on Buy it Now but not Auction Items, You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to qualify under this act. All items must be returned at buyers own cost and with a trackable means of postage to avoid dispute on any lost post, including name and address and goods returned in same condition recieved. Faulty goods should be returned immediatly, including letter explaining fault, ebay name, item number and date purchased, along with address where replacement item should be sent to. Goods must be returned before replacement is sent. Goods that are returned without prior agreement, or that are have no fault will be charged a 15% restocking fee. This fee is to cover the staff wages paid to pack and send goods and then restock the warehouse and associated paperwork and system updates.
