Distance Selling Act allows a 7 day cooling off period on Buy it Now but not Auction Items, You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to qualify under this act. Faulty goods should be returned immediatly, including letter explaining fault, ebay name, item number and date purchased, along with address where replacement item should be sent to.
