I'm an experienced seller who has run a business in the past and has started up on ebay. I've only been an active seller for a short amount of time and I am already a powerseller due to my success rates in positive sales, competitive prices and customer care.
Payment policy
I prefer to receive payments from paypal only that way customers always have buyer protection should an item unfortunately go missing (it's only happened the once so far!).
I do make exceptions even though on my auction says other wise. I will accept cheque or postal order only if it is 100% necessary but please if you are going to pay that way contact me first and make sure that any postal orders sent to me are recorded or tracked due to the value.
Delivery information
This is only the information for postage and packaging within the UK Please contact me for abroad details as it varies depending what country I am posting to.
Dispatch time is usually 1-2 working days, if there is going to be a delay on any item I always contact buyers!
All Magic the Gathering Job lots are sent 1st class recorded.
Other auctions are sent 1st class or 1st class recorded depending on the nature and value of the item.
Free post items are sent standard 2nd class.
A small fee is added onto the postage cost to cover the packaging costs such as postal bags/sellotape/boxes/envelopes etc.
Return policy
I only accept returns if an item is genuinely faulty in a way not stated within the auction. I cannot accept returns for consumable items such as sweets/chocolate selections. Bath gifts and lingerie items are also non-returnable unless it can be proved to me the items have not been used.
I always request the faulty goods back or some form of proof that the item is faulty. A replacement item will be sent in its place if I have another in stock or I will give a full refund.
