Payment policy
I have a small problem with paypal as it is so expensive as a small seller who sees large amounts deducted from the sale of collected items that will not be replaced. As a decent sort cash can be sent without fear of loss,Cheques,Bank transfer, never had a problem.
Delivery information
Always attempt to charge what it costs me,will refund if charge less,bite the bullet if it costs more.
Return policy
I describe honestly,offer more photographs or ability to see better on my web site. What has put me off returns has been two occasions where individuals have attempted a form of fraud.
