I have been selling since 2007 and have 100% positive feedback which I pride myself on. I like to give the service I would like to receive from others.

Payment policy
Paypal. If you live close you can always collect. Just e-mail me

Delivery information
Where possible I will recycle packaging to cut down on costs - this does not mean I skimp on it - if anything I can use more. I usually state that I am going to send second class, but where costs allow when I get to the post office I send first class. If a parcel is large or heavy I use a courier.

Return policy
I don't state a return policy but in the event that someone is not happy I will offer a return service and repay the cost of the item - but not postage.

Overseas
If someone contacts me from overseas wanting to buy an item, where possible I will sell. This has never been an issue.
