We are not a business - just normal people selling our things on eBay - but we do try to be as helpful, friendly and professional as possible.

Our house is small and crowded and our lives very busy so so as our needs change we say goodbye to some of our beautiful, special things on eBay.

We live several miles from the nearest post office and normally only make the trip once a week. If you have a special request (birthday etc) we do make a special trip normally but we can't guarantee it. The P&P price covers the fact that we often have to buy special packing materials for these goods or make a special trip to mail them. Many buyers collect so we don't think it fair to make them pay more to subsidise postage and packing materials as many buyers do.

Generally you can return items within 7 days for a full refund (except shipping/P&P and insurance) but you must tell me first.
