1. If you have won an auction item from me --
I will endeavor to post this item suitably packed, by the class of Post selected within ONE working day from receipt of funds (PayPal), or within EIGHT working days for cheque drawn on a UK bank. (I have to drive to the bank, wait in a queue to deposit, then frequently check that it has been cleared for a few days after the deposit) Dont expect to get your item in less than one week, especially if the item is sold over a weekend.
I Always notify actual posting of your item using eBay messages.
I give feedback on receipt of cleared funds ONLY. I expect you to return the favour of feedback. I also expect you to inform me of the receipt of item. These actions are all part of the communications needed for a successful transaction.

PACKING
-------
Items should be packed in suitable containers for their weight and protection.
Loose items can damage each other in transit, please ensure all separate
parts of a shipment are individually wrapped in bubble foam to prevent
marking and or crushing. If sending the original box (container) please do NOT
damage it by adhesive tape or other fixatives, wrap box in strong manilla
paper or use a large padded bag to contain it.
Sensitive circuit boards and electronic components should be sent in suitable
Static protecting containers/bags within an outer protective wrapping.
Return policy
I am not a trader, therefore I do not have a set procedure to deal with return items. All items I sell are tested before dispatch, most have been used by me and probably only disposed of when they have been replaced by a later or more suitable model. If you really feel my description of an item is seriously inaccurate, then by all means contact me first so we may discuss the problem. I cannot be held responsible for bad or incorrect installation of any product that requires software to make it function, such as wireless cards, routers, access points or PC components. You should always search out the latest drivers from the makers web sites, even IF I supply a CD or other media that came with the item originally. I also do NOT provide a get it going help service, though I will reply to emails where some part of an installation is unclear, however please remember IT WORKED FOR ME but that is NO guarantee it will work on your installation.
Selling TO Labourinvein
Because of the ever increasing number of tardy sellers, sellers that fail to communicate I now request invoices for all purchases before paying, this at least establishes that the seller is active and responsive. On receipt of an invoice I will attempt to pay within ONE day via PayPal, or by cheque if the seller stipulates this as a requirement. If I pay by cheque I expect to be notified when you bank the cheque, so I may judge a reasonable time for the funds to clear. On clearance I would appreciate a message notifying likely posting times, so I may know when to expect delivery.
Receipt & Feedback
RECEIPT
-------
I always notify the receipt of an item.
FEEDBACK:
---------
I give deserved feedback and comment on packing deficiencies, delay in receipt etc if any.
SADLY today many seem to forget feedback, so I must counter this omission by only giving feedback on receipt of feedback.
POSTAGE COSTS:
--------------
Excessive costs will be commented upon in feedback. It is NOT unreasonable
to charge a fair price for providing wrapping material, tape, labels etc
and for the time taken to wrap and dispatch the item,
over and above the actual weight based postal costs.
This means REASONABLE CHARGES, that does not mean excess profit on posting.
For example: a typical computer hard drive in an original sponge lined transit box weighs at around 700gms, UK postage costs 1st class currently no more than £3.50, so if you charge £4.00 to 4.50
that would be REASONABLE, charging £6.00 is getting a bit steep. £7.00 is way over the top, all these prices I have seen on such items on eBay.
