I used to design and make individual tiaras etc but owing to ill health(inc arthritis) I had to stop,this started me selling beads etc .I love it as it keeps me in touch with people who make things,If i can help them I will.I remember the times when i would get an idea but wouldn't be able to find the things needed to make it.

I do prefer Paypal and within 3 days please. but will accept cheques from British banks only.I will also accept British postal orders ,I request that cheques and postal orders are received within 7 days please.Buyers from countries other than UK must pay by PayPal only please(no exceptions)please email me for postage rates.

I always give postage discount if more than one item is purchased from me at the same time.because the amount varies the automated system cannot enter it,so you must wait for me to send you an invoice,this is the only way to receive the discounted postage so please do wait,it helps if you let me know when you have completed your buying.I'm always more than happy to give quotes for postage.

I will accept returned items if received within 14 days and in an undamaged condition.I regret that I cannot refund postage I will refund the cost of the item or give an exchange.If I have made a mistake in the item description or have sent the wron item or the item was damaged I will then give a full refund inc postage and the retunr postage.I would kindly ask that to save me having a lot of refunds please ask any questions before purchasing Please try to avoid the telephone as my husband is disabled and cannot get to the phone easily and I have a problem with my jaw which makes talking difficult.Please email me instead.
