We are a small business with combined experience over 15 years in the PC and Laptop retail sector. We repair and sell refurbished laptops and spare parts. The core of our business is selling parts from laptops and damaged laptops for spares and repairs.

We aim to ship within 3 working day of purchase via Royal Mail. We obtain proof of posting on all our deliveries.

We accept returns up to 7 day from receipt of the item. In the unlikely event the item reaches you broken or damaged (unless it is stated UNTESTED or spares and repairs see below) we will need you to send the item back to us for testing (You are responsible for return shipping and please obtain proof of posting). Once tested and checked and it is found to be faulty we will refund you in full. Any laptop that is being sold as Damaged/Spares/Repairs is not under warranty therefore all parts are untested and could be Faulty/Liquid Damaged/Broken. Please note hard drives and chargers are not included with damaged laptops. Warranty does not cover goods lost or damage in transit if it has been damaged or lost in the post we will refund you once we have received a refund from Royal Mail this is non negotiable. A 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from our refund if an item is in good working order on testing. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted for any returned Spares/Repairs Lapto
