PayPal is the preferred method.

We try to use Royal Mail wherever possible, also as we recieve an abundance of packaging we try to re-use this so you only pay for postage costs and not packaging! - we also like to think we're doing our bit for the environment

Most things will have full refunds for DOA, some laptops (depending on quality may have between 30-90 days limited warranty). Some items we cannot offer returns due to the nature of skill required by the buyer to fit components
