Amazon Aquatics is a specialist aquatic store specialising in quality fish, plants, books, and everything else needed for caring for your pets. We don't offer everything we have in the shop on Ebay, but do offer many of the items which are hard to find elsewhere. The Ebay branch of the business is supported largely by our considerable number of regular return customers. Thanks to you all, we appreciate your custom and hope to continue supplying the kind of service and goods you want at a price you like.

We accept payment via Paypal, personal cheque, or postal order. Cheques and Postal Orders should be made out to: Last Trading Post, and sent to: Last Trading Post, 76 East St., Warminster, Wilts. BA12 9BW.

P&P is factored into the item cost, hence the free P&P on all listings. We are usually willing to make a replacement or refund if the situation is reasonable AND Royal Mail guidelines have been followed.

We are happy to accept returns of any unwanted items, or any that arrive damaged, or faulty. Although, we do require prior warning, and will only accept returns at our discretion. Many of the items we sell are covered by manufacturer's warranty and you are welcome to apply to us for redemption of this warranty for any purchases made from us - we will not accept items purchased elsewhere, and nor do we give free advice on purchases made elsewhere (e.g. how to set up external filters). Depending on the situation we will usually refund, or replace, returned items, but the return P&P costs are the responsibility of the customer. Apart from in exceptional circumstances we do not usually send replacement items until we have the received the returned item safely. We apologise to the great many honest customers for this, but there are unfortunately many dishonest people out there too!

We will happily attempt to answer any technical questions of a fishkeeping nature (plants and fish are Mike's speciality), but please make your questions as straightforward to answer as possible, and we do prefer if they are related to at least potential sales and not just used as a free Q&A session on everything and anything. We are usually happy for people to arrange collection from our premises in Warminster, Wiltshire, but it must be by prior arrangement and during our working hours 9.00-5.00 Mon to Fri.

Please note, due to a series of unfortunate incidents, we no longer post items to either the US or Italy. we can not post live plants outside the UK.
