Cycle Shopping PLUS is brought to you by LPS Marketing Limited is in its third year of operation. It is run by a father and son team operating from premises in Newport Pagnell, Bucks.
Payment policy
We can accept payment by most credit and debit cards, simply phone your card details to 01908 613263. Alternatively you can pay by PayPal if you have an account, personal cheque or Postal Order.
Delivery information
Items are usually dispatched within 24 hours, if not we'll contact you. Exceptions are payment by cheque (please allow 5 WORKING days for clearance) and weekends which we take off.
Most items are sent using 1st class, Franked mail and taken directly to the Sorting Office. Bulky items are sent using an overnight carrier service and will need to be signed for.
Return policy
We describe all items as accurately and completely as possible to allow our bidders to make an informed decision as to the items suitability. If a product proves defective within 3 days of delivery, or there is a listing error, we will replace, or refund in full.
Measurements are shown on clothing items to help you select the correct size. If in doubt, contact us before bidding.
If you choose the wrong size you may return it, exactly as sent, for a replacement (if available), but not a refund. We charge £1.50 (admin and packing) for the service and return postage, both ways, is at your expense.

We work hard to provide complete and accurate information about our items, including size specifications as provided by the manufacturer. However please contact us if you need further information.
Before emailing us however please read our FAQ's which may very well answer, directly or indirectly, your question. If not your mail will nearly always be responded to within a maximum of 24 hours, except weekends, though we sometimes check them on a weekend. Sometimes answers will be short this is done for speed and is not meant to offend. Alternatively, should you wish to speak to either of us, ring 01908 613263.
Not happy with item, or us?
Our objective is to provide high quality items backed by a professional service. However, things can go wrong.
In the event of this please contact us first to attempt to resolve the situation and please be aware that politeness is always appreciated.
We will do all in our power to help and if it is clearly our fault, accept total responsibility. We may however prove a little dogmatic if it wasn't our fault but there is always some way to sort out any issue if we can work together.
