Customer service was good. Item I received was damaged though. Was offered a replacement but I know what these leds are like cheap for a reason. It was only for my car vanity mirror. Yet still had an issue

This is the first we've had damaged in 9 years of selling them. You agreed there was postal damage which we have no control over. We offered a replacement which you declined and we refunded you in full allowing you to keep the one that was not damaged when the issue was out of our control and no fault of our own or the product.
