DELIVERY: We usually despatch orders within 24-48 hours of payment. Standard delivery within the UK is offered via Royal Mail's 1st Class Delivery system, for which proof of postage is always retained in the rare case of lost mail. However we also offer delivery via Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery system, which allows a web based 'Track & Trace' function via each item's unique 13 digit number. For further details, see Royal Mails Website. If an item cannot be signed for (say, for example, nobody is in at the time of delivery) you will be left a note by the postman for collection from your local sorting office. Any items not collected after a couple of weeks are returned to us and are subject to a redelivery fee. Overseas delivery is provided, virtually anywhere in the world, by Royal Mail's 'Airmail' service. This aims to deliver to European destinations within three working days and worldwide within five.

RETURNS & REFUNDS: We want you to be happy every time you shop with kizwiz gifts and so our no quibbles guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 7 working days from receipt. If the goods are damaged or doesn't match the description we will of course refund you in full (including postage fees), If you simply do not want to keep the item then a refund of the sale price will be refunded. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in the same state you recived them in so they can be resold.
