I have been in eBay for several years and I put great effort into making sure that my buyers are always happy with my items and service. Customer satisfaction is a must for me and I've always done my best to maintain it.

I can accept many different payment methods and it's up to you which one you select. I prefer using PayPal but I can also accept Credit Cards, Moneybookers and Bank Transfer. Should you decide to select anything other than PayPal, just let me know please and I will send you the appropriate details. Credit Card payments are processed by the worldwide known 2Checkout system. For international bank transfer you will receive all the information including IBAN, SWIFT/BIC etc. With expensive items I can provide Escrow.com option which is one of the eBay's recommended 3rd party companies.

I use Estonian Postal Service to ship most of my items because it's affordable, trustworthy and delivers items pretty fast. Should you prefer UPS (United Parcel Service), it's not a problem to use it but their fees are ofcourse more expensive. In case you need the item quickly, this might be the best way to go.

I am responsible for what I sell and in the very rare case that your item arrives in bad condition or has any problems, I will do everything possible to replace the old item or provide some other acceptable solution. So far, I haven't had to replace any of the items I've sold.
