All our items are despatched within 24 hrs of cleared payments and always by first class mail unless stated otherwise.

If your item is not to your satisfaction for whatever reason you can return it within 7 days of purchase,please enclose your ebay ID and your email address so we are sure we are refunding the correct buyer. Unless the item is faulty we do not refund the return postage - all items must be returned by trackable postage - please email us with the relevant tracking details. Once we receive the item a full refund will be given on that day, we will always contact you when this has been done.
