I send all my items the very next working day via 2nd class recorded. i.e. If you purchased on a Monday evening, I would post on Tuesday. However, as I sent items via 2nd class people are rating the time it takes for Royal Mail to deliver the item to their doorstep, this is not what the star rating system is for. Dispatch time means from the time taken from the time you win the auction to the time it takes for me to dispatch. I, personally feel the very next business day is 5/5... don't you?!

I accept PayPal, BACS (bank transfer, or over counter), Personal Cheque, and Postal Orders. For fast postage; please use BACS or PayPal.

I weigh all my items prior to listing using specific postage scales. I only add a very small fee for handling and postage supplies (jiffy or plastic postage bags, parcel tape, documents enclosed) I also have to drive to reach my post office and back, I do not charge for this as of yet. I am trying not to pass this charge onto the buyer. However, if the petrol keeps rising as it is currently, I fear I may have to add it. Please keep this in mind when rating me for 'P&P costs' on the star rating system.
