Shipping within the UK: All our items are sent in recyclable padded envelopes and p&p is a standard charge of £1.00for the first item. Multiple items receive a combined and reduced p&p! Look out for p&p promotions and discounts on selected packs. International Shipping: We welcome any international orders and p&p is a standard charge of £3.00. Each additional sheet thereafter is 25p! Items are sent securely in recyclable padded envelopes Recorded Delivery and Order Tracking: If, for any reason, you would like to track your order or amend your delivery options to Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery, simply request an invoice total and let us know in the notes to seller section and we will amend your invoice. For orders in the UK +£3.50, for orders abroad +£5.50

We are happy to accept returns, however; the return p&p will not be refunded. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your felt, let us know and return the felt, in its original condition in the supplied envelope and we will refund on receipt!

We aim to have your items with you within 48 hours after payment. Due to continued sucess, we can no longer make journeys to the post office everyday, but will be making morning deliveries on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. If, for any reason, you need your items sooner than these times allow, do not hesitate to contact us!
