Just to add - I can speak some German and Dutch, and even a little French - enough to get by - but I am NOT great at writing them - feel free to ask the question in any of these languages, but please forgive spelling/grammer in the reply!

General Stuff... Firstly, I have a policy of no reserves - the start price you see is the lowest price I will take for an item. Secondly, I try to list items together - so if I have some Baby equipment, or Fisher Price Little People, or toys of the same sort or for the same age group.. I will list them at the same time, so that you can make the most of my combined shipping (see below!). When you see a Best Offer option on an item, that means I may take slightly less than the price shown. Silly offers won't be accepted - I have had offers of £1 or £2 on things that regularly sell for £10 and I have seriously considered not including Best Offer because of the number times this has happened. When I receive offers I will review what similar items have sold for, so if you are thinking of making an offer I would recommend checking completed items before you do.

Payment is required within 5 days of the auction ended. From UK buyers: I accept paypal (no e-cheques, please), postal order, bankers draft or personal cheque (subject to 7 day clearing period). From European, US and other overseas buyers: I can ONLY accept paypal payment in GBP / £ from bidders outside the UK. Again, no e-cheques please

Combined Shipping: I will combine shipping on multiple wins (and purchases from the shop!) within a three day period. I combine shipping based on the actual packaged weight of the items won - please use the 'request a total' option when you have all the items you were after & I will send you an invoice as soon as I can! Combined shipping is ONLY available when ONE payment is made. Please note that the new postage rates MIGHT in some cases make it more expensive to combine shipping - I will offer you the best price I can, making clear if it will be for one or more packages.
