I am a mum of two, most of my listings are either unwanted presents, or outgrown clothes or toys etc that I'd like to go to a new home!

I prefer Paypal payments in the first instance, but will accept payment by Postal Order. Please contact me if you wish to pay by Postal Order. Please do not bid on my items if you have no intention of paying! If you are the winning bidder, I ask for checkout & payment within 3 days please. If no communication or payment is received, I always report all non payments to ebay and issue Unpaid Item Strikes.

Most if my listings come with free UK postage. Where postage is listed, I operate a Fair Postage Policy - therefore on all of my listings I will outline the exact postage costs, usually checked with the Post Office beforehand. I re-use & recycle jiffy envelopes where I can, this is reflected in lower P&P charges :) I am not responsible for missing or delayed items once I have posted them! My only responsibility is getting them to the Post Office safely, and I post out on Mondays and Fridays only. Please contact me if you need an item earlier and I can arrange a separate trip to the Post Office. Proof of Postage Forms are always retained, and in the event of a missing or delayed item, I will forward these to you for your information should you need to chase up or make a claim.

I will accept returns only if an item is delivered and is not as I advertised. Please contact me should you need to! A full refund (less postage as I can't claim this back!!) will be given on the same day item returned in the condition sent out. Please remember that I have pictures of my items before they are sent, and items will be compared when they return. Refunds paid by Paypal. I do not refund on items that I have described as faulty or incomplete, as this is clearly stated on any listings.

My items are described honestly - I wouldn't list any item that I would not be happy to buy for myself, family or friends. Should you wish for any additional pictures of an item before before bidding - please let me know and I will arrange. Some of my items start at 1p & some items come with Free UK Postage - so grab yourself a bargain!

I leave feedback as soon as payment has been received. I would be grateful if you could please let me know when your item has been received & leave my feedback on receipt. Please always contact me if you are unhappy before leaving neutral or negative feedback or less than 5 stars... :)
