Delivery can take up to 5 working days. Heavy and large goods will take longer to deliver as these require setting a mutually suitable date for delivery between you and the courier. You will be contacted by the courier to arrange a suitable date - for these orders, you must provide a telephone number otherwise delivery will take much longer than expected.

We know that occasionally you may want to return an item, so below are the instructions on how to do so. (1) First, you must have a unique Returns Authorisation Number. To obtain this number please call our Customer Services team on 0844 811 8114. We are open Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm (excluding Bank Holidays). (2) Once you have obtained the number, write it along with your name and address in the areas provided on the returns form. Complete the Returns Form that came with your items, including the reasons why you are returning the product to us. If you have more than one item, please put all items for return into the same parcel and ensure that you include the despatch note. Then post it to us within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your debit/credit card no later than 30 working days after we receive your returned goods.
