1 of 1 found this helpful Can't help it but I have been doing this work out dvd over a year. It has just the right balance of aerobic work out as well as resistance one. I purchased TAEBO few days ago and I found it so hard that it made me think that the JORDAN WORKOUT can not be that effective but still I couldn't move for 2 days after the first time I tried it! It feels easy but you'll feel it the next day. Plus it must have made my metabolism really fast cos I can whatever I want now whereas before I could not. My body just burns it...or maybe it is due to something else but I can not think of anything else that it could be due to.
To be honest I am trying to do TAEBO now as I have lost my JORDAN WORKOUT download when I had to have my PC wiped but it is very possible I will come back to it again. Even ones who are not fond of Jordan, bear in mind that it is not HER work out, the fitnes instructor devised it.
