ALL HANDMADE ITEMS ARE NOW POSTED 1st class recorded mail. Please note that all items are usually posted via Royal Mail unless otherwise requested. We usually aim at sending out orders within 2-3 working days of payment received but please accept it may take a little longer in busy/holiday periods. Please allow up to 7 working days for any handcrafted items as these are made to order.

Return policy
Should you wish to return anything you have purchased from LONDON HOUSE CO, we will happily refund or exchange a product provided it is in FULLY RESALEABLE CONDITION. (This excludes personalised items, hair accessories, cut fabric including ribbon etc, pierced earings or any items posted overseas). We do not refund if you have simply changed your mind on item choice or colour etc in those cases we will offer an exchange. Please return the item to us within 14 days or less, in the original packaging including identifying correspondence. If we find the item has not been returned in resaleable condition then we reserve the right not to refund. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, both for the receipt and return(if necessary)of any goods, as this is a direct cost to us.
