Payment policy
UK bidders are able to make payment by PayPal, cheque, postal order or bank transfer. International bidders are able to make payment by PayPal only. We politely request that payment for all items is made within four days of the item being bought.
Delivery information
Items are usually dispatched within 7 working days of receiving cleared payment. Payment must be received within 4 working days of the item being bought. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems with making the payment
The item will be shipped with a signature on delivery service. Please ensure that somebody is at the collection address. We will use the address you have on file with eBay, unless we are advised otherwise in advance.
Combined shipping is available for items bought within 3 days of each other. Please just wait for us to issue you with a revised invoice.
All second-hand items are dry cleaned when they come into stock. Prior to packing all suits, jackets, trousers, tops and coats are professionally steam cleaned and quality checked prior to packing.
Items are then packed carefully to ensure as little creasing as possible during transit. Items are packed in acid-free tissue paper and posted in boxes or padded envelopes.
Return policy
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We will deal with all queries on an individual basis to the best of our ability. We hope that you will be very pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your item(s) then we will happily offer a full refund. Unfortunately we are not able to offer an exchange.
In order to receive a refund:
01. Please contact us though the eBay messaging service (not by external email) within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will contact you to let you know the address for returns.
02. The item(s) must be returned to us unworn and in the exact condition in which they were received with all tags still attached.
03. All returns should be sent back to us in the original packaging.
04. All items must be returned to us within seven days of receipt.
05. We will then contact you to confirm that the item has been returned to us and that a refund has been issued.
