Item never arrived. Gave them a week or more after latest delivery date for the thing to arrive, but it never did. Eventually I sent a message to ask when I could expect said item, and within a day was informed that I would be credited the sale price (which I was) but without a word of explanation. Not good!

Unfortunately, items were never dispatched, so after 1 month of waiting, I had to contact the seller to enquire. I requested the item but was given a refund instead. Not clear whether this was an Ebay intervention or the seller themselves but overall, an unsatisfactory experience.
