Delivery information
I try to keep my postage as low as possible. Bigger items are sent via my Mum's work courier. They offer a flat rate so it is often cheaper than Royal Mail for heavier items. Lighter items I send via the post office. I try and use recycled packaging as I always try and recycle and it keeps the postage costs down. However I always ensure that the the packaging is substantial enough for it's purpose. The work courier will only deliver to mainland Uk (excluding extremities of Scotland and NI.) therefore I have to get a quote from PO for heavy items to there. I will always post worldwide if I can.
Return policy
On items like clothes and shoes I am happy for returns if they don't fit (50% of the things I buy never fit) but I will not pay the postage/fees. If I have messed up my auction considerably I will except a return without cost to the buyer.
save Stamps
Did you know that you can send used postage stamps to some charity's and they can turn them into a donation . I regularly send mine to SANDS (Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Society) who help research and prevent avoidable baby deaths and support families who have lost a child. I think the guide dog charity do the same and some cancer charities. If you want the address for the SANDS one just contact me.
