I always strive to give the best service possible, good communications, describing items I’m selling correctly, clear photos, prompt posting, good quality packaging, fair packing charges etc - but if something should go wrong,…I am only human after all.
So PLEASE, do contact me if anything is not right from your point of view before giving negative or neutral feedback. Most problems can be easily and amicably resolved with a little give and take on both sides. I will always communicate with buyer if I feel there are any causes for concern from a sellers point of view. I would never leave negative or neutral feedback without trying to resolve concerns first.
I always give feedback and feel it is part of good communications to improve sellers/buyers positive ratings.
As a seller, I allow the buyer to leave feedback first, thus allowing me to make sure they have received their item in the post, and that they are satisfied with their item. (visa versa if I am a buyer)

I always try to give accurate postage costs, although my scales are probably not quite as accurrate as the post offices!! I do always weigh each item before giving postage costs, and try to offer different postage options for the buyer to choose from.
I always add a small charge to the postage cost to cover the cost of packaging, as it is important to me to package items well, so they dont get damaged in the post.
I try to check my account daily when I am selling items, so that I can act swiftly in posting items once paid for. I have stated a 3 day handling time, but that is just incase I cannot get away from work to get to the post office before it closes daily.
Return policy
If you should wish to return your undamaged item, please notify me within 2 days of receiving your item. Items will need to be posted back to me. Refunds will be given excluding postage, excluding listing fee, excluding final value fee and excluding paypal charges. Please email me if you have any concerns with your item and I will will do my best to put your mind at rest.
I always get proof of postage from the post office. Please remember, once posted, the seller cant be responsible for items lost/damaged in the post. Lost/Damaged Items are best resolved by claiming back costs via the post office. I will do all that I can to help in these situations. Many Thanks.
NB - Returns which have been shoddily re-packaged, damaged, soiled or otherwise ill treated will not be accepted.
Do's and Dont's Before Bidding
Please do ask questions, request measurements, photos or more details on quality, condition, etc. on an item. I do my very best to describe items as accurately as possible but, somethings do get overlooked. What is important to one person might not be important to another - so please ask. I welcome any enquiry, no matter how trivial and will reply as quickly and honestly as I can.
Please DONT bid for fun or bid and then don't pay. It is not fair on the seller and it's also unfair on other people who have placed bids and who would dearly have liked to purchase the item. DONT bid if you are not sure whether you really like the item and DON’T bid if you cannot afford to pay for it. NON PAYERS will be dealt with as per EBAY POLICIES. Remember you are under Ebay contract to buy all items you win, once you have placed a bid.
