Hi I'm Louise and I'm a 50 year old Mum of 3 grown up children. I was made redundant in March 2009 and that was when I discovered the benefits of selling on Ebay. I love selling on Ebay and in 2011 I set up as a limited company to cope with volumes.

I have been an Avon Lady for more than 10 years years. I have also trained both with Avon and other cosmetic houses in skincare and make-up application. I am always happy to answer queries or offer advice with regard to the products I sell.
For the past 2 years (thanks mainly to my ebay trade I have been in the amongst the top 50 UK sellers. In 2010 I finished at number 18 in the country and in 2011 I finished at number 8. This year so far I'm tracking at number 6.
Delivery information
I send eveything 1st class. It is more reliable and I believe that once you have paid you should ahve your purchases as soon as possible. I have a 2 day (after receipt of payment) handling time. This is to allow me some leaway if I can't get to the post office on a particular day BUT WHENEVER I CAN I DISPATCH ITEMS ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
Return policy
Returns are accepted on all items if they are not as described or are faulty, or damaged in the post and REFUND WILL BE MADE ON RETURN OF GOODS. We do NOT refund for items not as described if you have not read the listing properly. (e.g. thinking you're buying a full size product when it is clearly stated TRIAL size in the listing).
Very Important For items that do not arrive. We always keep proof of posting. We will make a full refund or replace the item but only after a period of 15 working days has elapsed from the last date that the item should have been delivered. Working days do NOT inlcude Weekends or Bank holidays. We despatch by first class post so the Post Office should deliver 1 to 2 days later. So in reality it will be 3 to 4 weeks before we can refund on grounds of non-receipt. This is in line with Royal Mail policy and whilst we understand it is frustrating to be waiting for an item, sometimes things do get misdirected. The postal services have to be given every chanc
