My name is Luisa. I am a young mum who uses ebay to grab a bargain and to occasionally make a bit of extra money when doing a bit of spring cleaning! I'm a reputable ebayer who will only ever sell quality items that I wouldn't mind receiving myself!

I am a qualified Jeweller. I have an HND in Jewellery & Silversmithing from The School of Jewellery (part of University of Central England) in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. I have worked within the Jewellery trade for several years and now have a customer focused position. Ebay has allowed me to carry out my own mini business providing quality product and service. All auction details are as accurate as possible, but any queries before or after sale, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I prefer Paypal. Personal cheques with cheque guarantee card details printed clearly on the back of the cheque, with cheque holders address, should be sufficient. I also accept postal orders (GB).

All items are packaged securely, with a large print printed address label for 'postman accuracy' and a return address label in case of any postage difficulty. All items are sent parcel post, unless stated (or requested) otherwise.

In case of any problems or unlikely complaints please contact me ASAP. If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, I will accept returns of the item, if the item is still in 'as sent' condition, I will then give a refund of the item - minus the P&P costs.
