My passion is antique / vintage linen, which by it’s very nature will generally have been pre-used or at least pre-owned. Such pieces sometimes have flaws commensurate with age, use and the methods involved in their production. This is one of the pleasures of vintage textiles - their individuality. Generally the items sold have little damage - I wouldn’t want them myself if they did - I don’t think you do. The exception being items that appear to me to be rare or unusual . I endeavour to describe any flaws when present. Most linens are carefully washed & pressed - the exception being where previous experience tells me this may damage the item.
