My name is Louise and i am 42 years old,i do ebay for occupational therapy and at the moment I am having a HUGE clearout, I live with my wonderful partner Stephen, have 3 great children,have MS but enjoy every minute of life.

I mostly sell things I have at home already and no longer need, want of have use for, beauty products mainly but sometimes other items.

I buy lots of books, as I read alot, also DvD's, music CD's, beauty items and clothes and many things we need that can be purchased on Ebay.

I have a collection of autobiography books, music CD's and DvD's.... and Teddy Bears!

I'm not actually a business but do have an ebay shop, basically I got the selling bug when I started to buy. It is good occupational therapy for me, however, I do not sell all the time, just when my health allows.

I would like to think that my P+P charges are reasonable,remembering that it is not just the cost of a stamp, I always post recorded delivery, as it ensures a refund after Royal Mail have made all their investigations, should a package go astray; I also give discounts for more than one purchase.

I am sorry but do not accept returns for CHANGING MIND and under eBay policy I am not under obligation to accept returns, I will accept returns if there has been a fault on my part or a parcel has gone astray or damaged by Royal Mail, in which case the item has to be returned and return postage paid by the buyer and returned via the same posting method used to send the item; full details are in the listings,I do keep serial numbers, receipts and KNOW what item I have sent out, it is checked by myself and my partner, however, if for any reason you have a problem with your purchase,or are not happy, please contact me prior to leaving feedback to give me the chance to help sort it out, I am not a bad soul :)... however I will not be bullied into accepting returns as it is not nice and will report any item that has been tampered with or if the item I sent is not the one returned.
