Luna Candles & Gifts is a small business based in the historical town of Cirencester in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds. I started my eBay shop from home in 2006 selling traditional, handmade & eco friendly products from around the world.
Payment policy
I accept payment by debit or credit card through PayPal. Please note that a PayPal e-cheque (payment by bank transfer through PayPal) normally takes about 10 working days to clear into my account & goods cannot be dispatched until I'm in receipt of the cleared funds. Therefore please do not use the e-cheque method if you need your items in a hurry. I am also happy to take sterling cheques or postal orders from U.K customers. Please make cheques payable to Michelle Williamson.
Delivery information
On receipt of cleared funds I aim to dispatch items within 48 hours using post consumer & recycled packaging when possible.
Return policy
In accordance with the distance selling guarantee: If you are not happy with any product purchased from me, simply e-mail me stating the reason for its return: info@lunashop.co.uk, & send it back to me unused & in its original packaging for a full refund, less the return postage costs within 14 days. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please ensure you get proof of the return postage.
