I currently accept paypal, postal order or cash sent at buyers own risk and securely. I don't accept cheque at the moment, however if you do wish to pay by cheque, then if you contact me first to arrange this and bear in mind that the cheque will need to clear once I can pay it into the bank before I can send out your purchase. I weigh my items for correct postage and add only a small amount for packaging and handling. I pack items in recycled materials where possible as long as they're not in a terribly bad state. I package as carefully as possible. I post as quickly as possible usually within 5 days for goods to hand. For any personalised printed goods or handcrafted goods, some of these are made to order and so may take a little longer, between 7-10 days if busy. But I do aim to send as quickly as possible

I accept returns on new items as long as they're not personalised. Contact me first, return within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the item cost. Buyer must pay the return postage.
