WHY WOULDN'T YOU??

Bought this to consolidate all my music onto one device and for future storage!
First look, massive storage (just what i wanted)
Works with my cars (BONUS)
So looked at it didn't think twice!
Firstly,
Easy setup plugged into iTunes wiped it then setup for my own use
(only downside) Took me ages to get over 6000 tracks onto the iPod in bulk about 4hrs
Easy to use on the thumb wheel search for the tracks then boom playing in about a second or two (got to realise you are playing with a mini hard drive so has to spool up)
Menus on screen customisable easy to get straight to playing music or playlists
syncs all your music and playlists from iTunes with one click of the mouse! (as i said IDIOTPROOF!)
Really idiot proof! Brilliant sound quality when using high value bit rates and good headphones!
Awesome bit of kit especially if you have a lot of music and you do your fair share of long journeys and travelling around!
I use this iPod everyday and it doesn't miss a beat!
It is a little dated specially as it doesn't have the mod cons such as bluetooth and a speaker but to be honest this is better! keep it simple stupid philosophy in principle (thinking of deleting all my music off my phone)
Would highly recommend a case for it!
In summary
For this item if you have a lot of music and you are going to use it everyday awesome buy
if you have a moderate collection would go for a lower size model.
I have not regretted it at all!

Good quality just a little too strong
Basically oem. Would have given more stars but found the springs to be too strong. Reused the oem housings and springs. Bob on apart from that!!

Does what it almost says on the box.....
Installed the kit as per instructions..... To find the unit working... However when touching it the interference dies and the sound becomes crystal.... Well I can't lean over whilst driving to listen to some banging tunes.... After much thought tea and experimentation found that there is a bit of a flaw with the FM antenna. In real terms it needs a longer one. Now maybe this is because of my motor, or it could be a fault with the unit itself.
But anyway..... Thought brilliant! Got it working. Dab is a bit poor in my area so cannot comment too much as of yet, but the Bluetooth works...... To a fashion....... The microphone now seems to be having a strike.....
All in all..... Might work for a smaller motor than mine ..... Might work better installed and laid out differently.....
If I were you...... I would save my money...... And go and buy a dedicated head unit with bluetooth and dab.
Learn from my mistake
