if i am selling I will only leave feedback AFTER the buyer has left feedback. If a buyer insisted on me leaving feedback I would report them to e-bay. I also think it is grossly unfair that a seller cannot leave negative feedback for a buyer who for instance does not pay.
We all like to see our feedback rating increase and so I find it somewhat sad/annoying/pathetic when you leave someone feedback and they just can't be bothered to do the same for you.
